How do I set up an account?

How do I get my car out of impound?
First, you must have valid photo i.d. issued by a government agency. Secondly, a licensed driver must be present to drive the vehicle off the property. Finally you must have proof of ownership, which includes any of the following:

- Title
- Registration
- Affidavit of Lost Title / Release of Interest
- Signed off title and notarized Bill of Sale
- Notarized document issued by the registered owner for a specific person

All payments must be made in full at the time of redemption using cash, Visa, or Mastercard from the registered owner only.

We can also release vehicles to registered towing companies, insurance companies, police agencies, and repossession companies with valid paperwork.

What are your prices?
The price depends on the individual situation and type of service needed. Call 206-243-6252 for pricing information.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa and Mastercard only. On impounds, you must be the registered owner of the vehicle to pay with a credit card.
