Biography: Mark Storer purchased the truck in the Fall of 2000 in South Dakota. He took his family on a roadtrip through Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, and to the state where he picked up the truck on a flatbed trailer. In addition to a tour of the western United States, the Storer family was able to visit Mount Rushmore on the trip. Airport Towing completely rebuilt the tow truck and finished restoration efforts in 2005.
